Deborah Ireland works with a dedicated team, overseeing, coordinating, and managing various aspects of the company’s IT, security, platforms, and programs, while overseeing event delivery, communicating changes, and keeping on top of delegate programs.
Before joining Lincoln, Deborah spent 23 years with ALDI Supermarkets, where she played a key role in establishing the company’s Australian market presence from the ground up – providing high-level support, managing reporting processes, and helping build the company’s programs and platforms.
Earlier in her career, Deborah worked at an international law firm, an experience that enriched her skills in delivering high-level support and organisation.
Outside of work, Deborah enjoys time outdoors with family and friends, and her spoodle, Henry, who’s rarely far from her side.
