Grace Madden began her journey with Lincoln Institute of Veterinary Business in August 2024, initially taking on a support role while studying Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) at university. She seized the opportunity to join the team full-time in 2025.
In her role as Program Manager, Grace supports the successful execution of Lincoln’s Year 3 and TOP+ programs and maintains digital systems to ensure they remain up-to-date and fully optimised to meet the evolving needs of the organisation and our clients. This role requires her to work with clients to implement new systems that help maximise financial performance and operational efficiency within their practices.
Outside of work, you can find Grace enjoying the coastal lifestyle that Newcastle has to offer, spending time with her friends, family, and her 15-year-old dog, Banjo.
