With a background as a veterinary nurse and clinic operations manager, Katie’s passionate about streamlining programs and making a real impact in the veterinary industry. She oversees key programs, ensures smooth operations, and drives continuous improvements.
Katie loves the collaborative, supportive environment at Lincoln and values being part of a team that drives positive change. Outside of work, she enjoys netball, traveling, and spending time with her young family and two cheeky Burmese cats, Hennessy and Bailey.
