Chris Gough is a veterinarian, systems master, and a company director at Lincoln Institute of Veterinary Business. Chris spent the first half of his career developing systems that enabled him to create one of Australia’s most successful veterinary Practices, Riverbank Animal Hospital, an ASAV Hospital of Excellence.
In 2015, Riverbank Animal Hospital was benchmarked by recognised industry analysts and won top performing veterinary Practice. Many of the systems Chris developed for Riverbank have been adopted by national education providers, forming a part of their core teachings, and successfully replicated by other veterinary business owners across Australia.
Chris is on a mission to empower business leaders and managers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to engage effectively with their people to produce extraordinary results. What he teaches is practical, relevant, and achievable as he has done it himself in the real-world clinical setting, whilst maintaining an enviable work-life balance.
One of Lincoln Institute of Veterinary Business’ first students in 2012, Chris went on to complete the flagship three-year Lead to Succeed program and became the first graduate to join the innovative mentoring and coaching program in 2015. The following year, Chris was invited to become a Partner.
Chris is highly regarded as an exceptional asset and trusted business mentor to students and graduates of Lincoln Institute of Veterinary Business. Chris leads the talented team of Leadership Facilitators and Coaches, while overseeing the member benefit scheme, Lincoln Advantage, in his role as Head of Operations.
