Leadership Facilitator
Mark Bowker has an uncanny ability to make the complex, simple. His natural curiosity and flexible, yet results-driven approach ensures the right ‘fit’ to whatever group or individual he is working with.
He facilitates and develops programs for entities, such as Coles, The Just Group, and ANZ, where he utilises his commercial experience and inquisitive nature to assist clients to build greater self-awareness and make tangible, positive behavioural change.
As a Certified Organisational Coach and PSYCH-K Facilitator, Mark guides individuals and groups to strengthen their effectiveness in managing the challenges and opportunities that personal and professional life offers.
Using a collaborative and results-oriented process, he is able to support career management, performance development, and the growth of sustainable relationships at all levels.
Mark is also the co-founder of The Global Feel Better Institute, an organisation that is on a mission to transform the health of 1 billion people, reverse the epidemic of preventable chronic disease, and elevate the standard of healthcare globally.
He also holds a Masters of Business and IT from Melbourne University, a Bachelor of Commerce and Science from Deakin University, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Inspire Education.
Mark keeps very active, having competed in three Touch World Cups and one Touch Rugby League World Cup. Every week, you will find him on the field still trying to match it with 18-year-olds! He has also coached Rugby 7’s at State and International level.
Mark has two incredible children, Huddy and Coco, a cavoodle called Cookie, and a very, very supportive wife!
