Leadership Facilitator

Brett Chant is a trainer, instructional designer, and Leadership Facilitator. He has worked as a Learning Consultant for over 20 years, including in his own business, and across numerous industries, including retail, travel, construction, financial services, accounting, and government.

His areas of specialty are leadership, communication, and frontline management, and he has facilitated workshops and programs in more than 27 countries, including India, Mexico, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Slovakia, Spain, Poland, Canada and the United States of America.

He is driven to challenge assumptions around what can be done in veterinary teams and helps practice managers shift from being a sole contributor to lifting the competencies and capacities in their teams to solve problems and reach goals by gaining coaching and communication skills.

He is inspired and motivated by seeing new or inexperienced leaders blossom through the immersive programs offered by Lincoln Institute of Veterinary Business as they learn to lead high performing teams.

A keen reader, Brett loves autobiographies and memoirs. He is also a tennis fan who loves to play and watch the game. The Australian Open is his favourite two weeks of every year. He also loves to travel and is always dreaming of new destinations he has yet to visit.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Adult Learning and Development from Monash University and a TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
